Now a days there are lots of smaller Social Networking sites are growing up. Specially if you just want to have your own small community. Where every person is truly from your social circle. These sites are run by using a framwork called BoonEx. You can allow every body to register to your site or, invite only few special persons from your real world community. From free ad posting to blogging, users are allowed to do almost everything. So, lots of newer sites are coming. (This is not an advertise. I am just fascinated by BoonEX. After all it is an open source!)
